Trichocereus with Trysterix

Trichocereus with Trysterix

The cactus pictured in flower is a species of Trichocereus (probably a form of chilensis), but more interesting is the red parasite Trysterix (which grows in a similar manner to a mistletoe). The picture was taken maybe 8 - 10km (6 miles) inland, east of Mincha.
