Matucana senilis
This plant is still often seen under the name Matucana senilis, though it is generally considered to be a form of M. paucicostata. Whatever its taxonomy it is a nice plant which clumps freely and flowers readily from all the mature heads on a clump. The red flowers are often dotted with its brilliant yellow pollen, making a nice contrast.
